Pet ownership is a full time job and we know it can be difficult to balance work like, family life and pet care all at the same time. Our business has been developed to help pet owners look after their nearest and dearest animals.
Our aim is to provide a local, friendly and personable service to our customers and the community at large. Our intention is to keep it personal and ultimately everything we offer or do will only ever be one call or email away.
Our founder, Dana Stallard, has years of experience with both owning and looking after all sorts of household and domestic pets and is personally committed to making the pet care services provided for Gloucester, the envy of other towns and regions across the country.
The Pet Nanny welcomes all new visitors to our website and we value the opinions of our clients and all pet lovers.
We are always keen to meet and communicate with pet owners who may need some assistance with looking after their pets and we are more than happy to offer advice and support to any who request it.

For added piece of mind we are qualified to perform basic first aid should your pet fall ill or get injured whilst with us
Of course we hope that your pets never need to receive any first aid whilst they are with us, but to ensure we can offer the best possible service to you and to provide you with added piece of mind we are qualified to perform first aid on your pet should they fall ill or get injured whilst we are looking after them.
Our qualification goes beyond the basic 'patching up' cuts and grazes though. We are qualified to perform the following should the need arise:
- Car accidents - should your pet get hurt in a road traffic accident or whilst being transported
- Caring and treatment for sick pets - including identifying the signs of illness and immidiate first aid
- Care suitable for all types of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs
- Pet proofing - to ensure homes are suitable for pets to live in
We are absolutely commited to the good wellfare of your pets whilst we are looking after them. We don't profess to being qualified vets in anyway, but we can provide vital immediate treatment should your pet require it. To back this up we do have good links to qualified vet practices and we will of course seek their assistance whenever necessary.
